The U.S. Embassy in Nicaragua informs U.S. citizens of a possible demonstration at the PriceSmart located at the De la Rotonda el Gueguense 150 metros Este, Bolonia neighborhood on Sunday October 8 at 3:00 pm. According to reports, the demonstration is in response to a customer dispute with PriceSmart management. It is possible this activity will affect traffic.

The Embassy’s Regional Security Office advises avoiding the area of the proposed demonstration. In addition, although there is no current information that there will be a demonstration at the PriceSmart located on Carretera Masaya, U.S. citizens should exercise caution in that area.
