The purpose of the newsletter is to provide useful information to all U.S. citizens who live in or are planning to visit Nicaragua. Today – Please check your passport expiration date immediately. If you plan to travel during the holiday season and find that your passport has expired or will expire during your planned travels, please make an appointment to renew your passport as soon as possible.
November – Keep your eyes open for more information about a town hall in Chinandega on November 28 for U.S. citizens with the U.S. Ambassador to Nicaragua.

- Enroll in the Smart Traveler-Enrollment Program (STEP) to receive security messages and make it easier to locate you in an emergency.
